The design team is based in Europe. To make sure a project gets picked up by a designer and submitted within the next 24 hours, there is a cut-off time for order placement: For clients from Australia and New Zealand, the cut-off time from April to October is 2 p.m. AEST. From November to March, the cut-off time is 4 p.m. AEDT. This time change is made according to daylight saving time (DST) in the USA. When you place a new order for a design, make sure it is one type of project (one format is equal to one type of project). For example, it can either be a logo, infographic, web page, or social media post, but it’s not both an infographic and a web page.
