• Cut-off time

  The design team is based in Europe. To ensure a project is picked up by a designer and submitted within the next 24 hours, please note the following cut-off times for order placement: For clients in Australia and New Zealand:  From April to October, the cut-off time is 2 p.m. AEST.   To help us deliver faster and more accurately: Submit one format per project (e.g., logo, infographic, gif). This helps keep the feedback process focused and organized, making it easier to track revisions, avoid confusion, and ensure high-quality results for each asset. If a design has multiple formats/sizes (e.g., banners for multiple platforms), group them in one order.
