Design Subscriptions: How They Work
Our design team supports your creative needs through weekly design hours tailored to your business size and goals. This guide explains how our updated subscription plans function, what deliverables to expect, how tasks are structured, and how to get the most value from your hours.
Subscription Plans Overview
We offer four flexible monthly subscription plans:
Start - 10 hours of graphic design or 5 hours of motion design per week (43 hours/month)
Grow - 20 hours of graphic design or 10 hours of motion design per week (86 hours/month)
Lead - 40 hours of graphic design or 20 hours of motion design per week (172 hours/month)
Custom - tailor your weekly hours based on your budget and needs
These hours include task execution, communication, revisions, and preparation of final files.
We count hours spent on each project throughout the working days of the paid period. All hours spent on a project are deducted from the total number of purchased hours.
For motion design projects, hours are calculated as twice the number of graphic design hours.
How We Estimate and Track Workload
Each task is scoped by our team based on estimated hours. We track time spent across all aspects: design, communication, revisions, and file delivery.
Below is a general idea of what we can typically achieve within certain timeframes:
Banners
- 3-5 design variations of one banner (for initial direction): 2-3 hours
- Size adaptation up to 8 sizes of one banner (post-approval): 2-3 hours
Please also note:
If you need banners in various sizes, they will be delivered as a revision to the task after you select the design direction.
Presentation Slides/Pitch Decks
- 2-3 design options for first 4 general slides: 6-7 hours (Examples: Title slide/Introduction slide/Text slide/Text & image slide)
- Follow-up slides (in the approved style): 0.5 hour per slide
- Complex content like tables or image screenshots requiring re-creation: 1-2 hours each
Please also note:
The best way to provide copy for slides is to ensure all text can be copied and pasted.
Web Page Design
- 3 first screens in 2 style directions (if the content is provided by the client): 5-6 hours
- One new screen in selected design direction (if the design style has been selected and approved): 0.5-2 hours (depending on complexity)
- Moodboard creation (if there is no reference, provided by the client): 2-3 hours
- Wireframes: 4-6 hours per page
- Mobile versions for 1 page: 2-4 hours
We recommend using Figma for website designs. It improves speed, allows real-time collaboration, and simplifies developer handoff.
Epiic also offers website development services. If you would like us to develop your website, please contact your account manager.
Please also note:
- For each website, we need to approve the general style first. We’ll begin with the homepage. Finalizing the design may require several revisions (this depends entirely on the client).
- Once the homepage is approved, designing the remaining pages is faster.
- After all pages are finalized, we’ll design mobile versions.
- Once everything is approved, we prepare all pages for developers. This final step takes some time (depending on complexity). After that, we send the finalized Figma file to the client.
Logos and Branding
- Logo concepts (3-5 variations): 8-10 hours
- Branding guide (typography, color palette, usage rules): 10-13 hours (depending on complexity)
Please also note:
We offer different types of branding guides (One-pager/Basic/Essential/Full), so completion time depends on the selected option.
Illustrations
- Custom digital illustrations: 10-15 hours each (depending on complexity)
- Stock illustrations with light customization: 2-3 hours per illustration
Please also note:
We do not create illustrations that require an artist’s participation (e.g., hand-drawn portraits or drawings from photos).
GIFs and Animation
- Simple animated GIFs (up to 5 seconds): 3-5 hours
- Complex motion design (e.g. animated explainer visuals): Scoped individually
Please also note:
We can create 3D objects for your projects. These are scoped and calculated individually.
How to Structure Your Design Orders
To help us deliver faster and more accurately:
- Submit one format per project (e.g., logo, infographic, gif). This helps keep the feedback process focused and organized, making it easier to track revisions, avoid confusion, and ensure high-quality results for each asset.
- For websites, submit each page as a separate project with its own brief.
- If a design has multiple formats/sizes (e.g., banners for multiple platforms), group them in one order.
- If the project is large (e.g., branding kit), no need to split — we’ll divide and prioritize internally.
Be clear and detailed in your briefs. Include:
- Finalized copy and structure
- Style references
- Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts)
- Target audience and purpose

Complex Projects
We break down complex projects into logical parts:
- Websites: Home page → Inner pages → Mobile versions → Developer handoff
- Pitch decks: Designed in sets of 5–10 slides
- Branding: Logo → Visual identity → Brand guidelines
- Animated visuals: Script → Storyboard → Static design → Animation
Timelines depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, and volume of revisions.
