The design team is based in Europe.

To ensure a project is picked up by a designer and submitted within the next 24 hours, please note the following cut-off times for order placement:

For clients in Australia and New Zealand:

•  From April to October, the cut-off time is 2 p.m. AEST.
• From November to March, the cut-off time is 4 p.m. AEDT.

These times account for daylight saving time (DST) in Australia.

For clients in the USA:

Projects must be submitted before 12:00 a.m. (midnight) EST/EDT to enter the queue for the day.

Work is generally delivered by 11 a.m. EST/EDT.

For clients in Europe:

The cut-off time is 5 a.m. GMT+0.

Projects submitted after these times will be processed on the next business day (small revisions during the working day can be discussed individually).
