Cut-off time
The design team is based in Europe. To make sure a project gets picked up by a designer and submitted within the next 24 hours, there is a cut-off time for order placement:
For clients from Australia and New Zealand, the cut-off time from April to October is 2 p.m. AEST. From November to March, the cut-off time is 4 p.m. AEDT. This time change is made according to daylight saving time (DST) in the USA.
For clients from the USA, projects should be submitted before 12:00 a.m. (midnight) EST/EDT in order to get in the queue for the day. The work is generally delivered by 11 a.m. EST/EDT.
For clients from Europe, the cut-off time is 5 a.m. GMT +0.
Projects placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
