With a Double subscription plan, you get a double output of deliverables. The use of other website constructors are reviewed upon request.

At the beginning of the project it is important to specify which website builder will be used. If it is not stated, the designer will design the website in Figma. Adapting the design in the later stages might result in the changes in the design due to website builder limitations.

Other options are reviewed upon request. The files we submit are not automatically editable as it depends on the format the client has indicated in the brief. So we usually submit the file types that were requested in the brief. However, we can always submit editable files upon request even if this was not stated at the beginning. The key thing is to indicate the correct program at the beginning. If it is not stated, the designer can create in the program he or she feels is better. Recreating the work in another program can be tricky.

The editable programs include Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, PowerPoint, Keynote.

How to add CNAME for white-label

Accepted Answer

Setting up a CNAME for your Epiic account allows your team and clients to access the platform through a subdomain (or top level domain) of your choosing. For example, content.yourdomainname.com.

Sign into the domain name registrar account and navigate to the settings.
Find the DNS zone editor and click on the Add New Record button.
Select a CNAME type record. Fill in the Host field with a subdomain you need, for example, content. Point it to whitelabel.qwriter.com. And save your DNS settings.
Next, in your Epiic account, go to General settings > Branding > Select the White-label option > Enter the subdomain of your choice > Click Send request.

We will finalize the setup, buy an SSL certificate for the subdomain, and install that on our end.

It can take up to two business days before the new CNAME can be accessed. Our support will confirm that by email.

Cut-off time

The design team is based in Europe. To make sure a project gets picked up by a designer and submitted within the next 24 hours, there is a cut-off time for order placement:

For clients from Australia and New Zealand, the cut-off time from April to October is 2 p.m. AEST. From November to March, the cut-off time is 4 p.m. AEDT. This time change is made according to daylight saving time (DST) in the USA.
For clients from the USA, projects should be submitted before 12:00 a.m. (midnight) EST/EDT in order to get in the queue for the day. The work is generally delivered by 11 a.m. EST/EDT.
For clients from Europe, the cut-off time is 5 a.m. GMT +0.

Projects placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
